About The Position

Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team! IMMEDIATE HIRE! Short or Long shifts - YOUR CHOICE! Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement- see below for details). Flexible Scheduling! Part time and Full-time hours available – Work the shifts that work for you! ABOUT THE JOB: Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR – use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car). Safe driving record is a must! Our drivers have access to cutting edge technology that makes the SAFE Delivery of Domino’s products faster than our competition. More efficient deliveries = more money! Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule. Whether you want to work Part time or Full time, we have shifts available to fit your needs!

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings in order to deliver products.
Must possess the ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
Safe driving record is a must!
Must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history to use a company car.

Responsibilities

Deliver pizzas and other products.
Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
Make several deliveries per shift.
Perform tasks at the pizza assembly station, including forward bending at the waist.
Stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach for various tasks, including oven controls, sign changes, and stocking.
Scoop ingredients, wash dishes, clean work surfaces, and answer phones.
Shape pizza dough, manipulate pizza peel, and use rolling cutter.
Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Use depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Use far and night vision for driving.
