About The Position

Patterson Pizza Company, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver to deliver orders in the local area and help with in-store tasks. Drivers provide friendly customer service, take and process orders, and help keep the store clean. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to pursue promotion and career development. Drivers earn $9.00 per hour while in the store and $5.00 per hour while on the road, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers average $15.00–$20.00 per hour in total, with stated annual earning potential of $30,000–$40,000. Full benefits are available to eligible employees.

Requirements

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding time with a learner’s permit.
• Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
• Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
• Have a good sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
• Be reliable and able to work with energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

• Safely and promptly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
• Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
• Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
• Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
• Help maintain store cleanliness by washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
• Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
