About The Position

This role involves collecting payments, ensuring product accuracy and quality, and delivering items safely and efficiently. The Delivery Driver will also be responsible for vehicle inspections, upholding company standards, and assisting with in-store tasks. Cross-training will be provided for various store operations, including product preparation, opening/closing procedures, and order boxing. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential.

Requirements

Ability to read a map and figure out directions quickly
Have a valid driver's license with safe driving record that meets company standards
Proof of liability insurance for yourself and vehicle
Navigational skills to read map and locate addresses for delivery
Ability to speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system

Responsibilities

Collect cash/credit card payments and coupons for delivered items
Check all products for accuracy against quality standards for delivery
Carry out customers in a safe and timely manner
Ensure vehicle used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visually
Uphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearance
Promote pizza products, specials, and promotions
Receive cross-training for preparing products and ingredients, closing and opening procedures, operate pizza oven, and properly box products for delivery or carryout
Exhibit a sense of urgency when answering store phone lines or helping carryout customers
Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers both over the phone and in person
Deliver product, deliver flyers and door hangers via a personal vehicle
Read a map and figure out directions quickly
Speak and write clearly and comprehension of using a computer based order entry system
Contribute to and promote an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun
