About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver products from the store to customers. Drivers may also deliver flyers and door hangers and perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth, potentially into management.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Ability to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes, while carrying products.
Ability to understand and give written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and by telephone.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination and the ability to make precise movements quickly; ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical activities listed, including standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and hand/eye tasks.
Ability to carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing, including potentially climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to drive with far and night vision.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area; several deliveries may be made per shift.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete related paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
Navigate delivery areas, addresses, buildings, homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
Communicate with customers and coworkers, process orders, and make correct monetary change.
