About The Position

This position involves receiving, storing, selecting, packing, and distributing warehouse inventory. A key aspect of the role includes performing any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory, operating warehouse equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions, and maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse environment. The role also requires performing daily safety inspections, unloading delivery vehicles, accurately identifying and noting discrepancies in materials, and storing products correctly. Additionally, the position involves selecting and packing customer orders to meet company and customer standards. A significant part of the role may include performing Delivery Driver duties, which involves operating a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must pass DOT medical exam.
• Steel toed boots required.

Responsibilities

• Perform any and all physical requirements necessary to lift and move inventory around the warehouse.
• Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner consistent with the intended purpose of the equipment and the manufacturers’ instructions.
• Maintain the warehouse in an orderly and clean state; follow all Company safety procedures; perform daily safety inspections.
• Unload delivery vehicles, accurately identifying material, breaking down material, and noting discrepancies.
• Accurately store product to the proper location following the outlined process; the use of light equipment may be required.
• Select and pack customer orders following the outlined process; ensure conformance to customer standards and expectations.
• May perform Delivery Driver duties as needed; operate a light van or delivery vehicle to deliver customer orders; ensure that customers orders are delivered to meet customer expectations.
