About The Position

Domino’s is hiring a delivery driver to deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role involves navigating addresses and varied delivery locations, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other sites, sometimes while carrying food and beverages up five or more flights of stairs. Store team members also operate equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The posting advertises $9 per hour, $1.80 gas reimbursement per delivery, tips, and cellular reimbursement, stating that total earnings can exceed $20 per hour and full-time earnings can exceed $40,000 per year. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
Have held a driver’s license for two years and have a clean driving record.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Be able to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders.
Have motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately, and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Meet the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and climbing stairs when needed.
Be able to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
