About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring delivery drivers to work in its stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. Team members perform general store duties as needed, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs; delivery may involve five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by telephone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying items, reaching, bending, and occasionally crouching, squatting, pushing, pulling, and climbing.
Far and night vision for driving; near and mid-range vision and depth perception for in-store tasks.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Must be able to carry product during delivery and travel between the store, delivery vehicle, and customer location.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including adverse terrain, multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
