About The Position

RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while taking orders and making deliveries. Team Members uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety, and prepare products accurately and efficiently. The role also involves resolving customer concerns, managing time and multitasking in a fast-paced environment, safely operating store equipment and tools, supporting inventory organization and restocking, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.

This is a variable-hourly position with competitive pay. The job requires driving and navigating within the designated delivery area and may involve using a personal vehicle or a company-owned vehicle. The position is classified as non-exempt and eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Have strong communication and basic math skills.
• Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
