About The Position

This role involves delivering products to customers via car, as well as distributing marketing materials like flyers and door hangers. The position requires operating various equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking phone orders, conducting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training is provided on the job. Essential functions include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication for order processing, and excellent hand-eye coordination for precise movements. The work environment can involve exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make decisions. Physical demands include prolonged standing, walking, and occasional sitting for paperwork. Lifting is required for bulk deliveries (up to 60 lbs), carrying items like large cans or pizza sauce, and transporting trays of pizza dough. Team members may use pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Delivery-specific duties include driving within a designated area, navigating multi-story buildings, and carrying product to the customer's door. Driving requires far vision and night vision. Physical demands for delivery include carrying product, driving, walking to and from the vehicle, and potentially climbing multiple flights of stairs. Requirements

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
Must be able to make correct monetary change
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
Motor coordination between wywe and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make presice movements with speed
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
Valid Driver License with safe driving recor meeting company standards
Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area
Must navigate adverse terrain including multy-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product
