About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its Conover, North Carolina location. Drivers deliver orders safely and promptly, provide friendly customer service, and assist with store operations when not on the road. The position offers split hourly pay of $8.00 per hour in the store and $5.00 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers average $15.00–$20.00 per hour total, with stated annual earning potential of $30,000–$40,000. Scheduling is flexible. Eligible employees may receive health insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k).

Requirements

Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding time holding a permit.
Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Have a good sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
Be a reliable team player with the energy to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be able to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide friendly, positive customer service.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not making deliveries.
