About The Position

This franchisee, an affiliate of several entities that independently own and operate Jimmy John's locations, is seeking Delivery Drivers for their Sheboygan, WI location. As a driver, you will deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches within a defined local delivery area, which involves short routes and familiar territory. Between deliveries, you will also work in-shop, assisting with various tasks and getting paid for that time. The role requires learning routes to ensure fast and safe deliveries, double-checking orders before they leave, taking phone orders, handling payments accurately, and reconciling cash, tips, and mileage with management at the end of each shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have your own reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must have a driving record with no DUIs and no more than two moving violations in the past three years.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in English (phone orders, delivery tickets).
• Must pass an MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Jimmy John's sandwiches in a defined local delivery area.
• Learn routes and get orders out fast and safely.
• Double-check every order before it leaves.
• Take phone orders and handle payments accurately.
• Reconcile cash, tips, and mileage with manager at shift end.
• Pitch in on in-shop tasks between runs.
