This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and receiving/processing telephone orders. Motor coordination for precise hand and finger movements, and the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry are also crucial. The work environment includes exposure to varying weather conditions, fluctuating in-store temperatures, food odors, commercial dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments needed include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions. The role primarily involves standing and walking, with occasional sitting for paperwork. Lifting and carrying are required for bulk deliveries (up to 60 lbs) and product transport. Pushing and pulling are used for moving trays. Climbing stairs or ladders may be necessary. Stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting are performed for various tasks like assembly, stocking, and cleaning. Reaching is continuous in all directions. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and continuous use of hands, including forceful use of forearms and wrists for dough shaping, and pinching for box assembly. Tools and equipment may include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. Additionally, the role requires delivering products by car to customer locations, distributing marketing materials, and possessing strong navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. This includes navigating multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product. Physical demands during delivery include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages, driving within a designated area, and walking to and from the vehicle to the customer's location. Climbing up to five flights of stairs may be required during deliveries. Work conditions involve exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries and driving.
