About The Position

This role involves operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and the facility. Training will be provided on the job, including orientation. The position requires strong communication skills for interacting with customers and co-workers, both verbally and over the phone. Essential functions include accurate and quick mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, order processing via computer or touchscreen, and good hand-eye coordination for precise movements. The work environment includes a range of temperatures, potential exposure to fumes and dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the phone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments suited for this role include the ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and collaboratively, handle stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, and make judgments and decisions.

Requirements

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Ability to add/subtract/multiply and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
Must be able to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
2 years driving experience (Learners permit included)
18+ Years of age
