About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified drivers to deliver pizzas to customers in their designated area. The Delivery Expert helps provide fast, high-quality service through enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, punctuality, and a sense of urgency. Drivers are the face of the brand and must maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The role may suit someone seeking a main job, a supplemental job, or extra income, with schedules described as flexible and part-time or full-time opportunities available.

In addition to deliveries, team members may receive and process telephone orders, help with inventory and stocking, and complete related paperwork. The work involves standing for most of the shift and may include lifting and stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, navigating stairs and varied delivery locations, and performing food-preparation-related tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for deliveries.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company-specific standards.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate diverse terrain while carrying products.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, and make timely, sound decisions.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and make correct monetary change; a calculator may be used.
• Must be comfortable using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Must be able to stand for most of the shift and perform physical tasks that can include lifting or stacking items weighing up to 50 pounds, crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, and using stairs.
• Must maintain professional appearance according to Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products quickly to customers in the designated delivery area.
• Communicate enthusiastically with customers and maintain a positive, punctual, professional demeanor.
• Navigate to delivery addresses across varied terrain, including multi-story buildings and private homes.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly.
• Take inventory, move and stock ingredients and supplies, and complete associated paperwork.
• Coordinate with coworkers and customers and meet quality-control standards.
• Perform other store and food-preparation tasks as needed, including handling pizza dough, pizza tools, and boxes.
