About The Position

High Distinction Logistics is hiring Delivery Associates to deliver packages on set routes using a company-supplied and company-maintained cargo van. Drivers work 8–10-hour shifts, with a strong focus on safety and quality. The primary delivery shift currently starts around 11:30 a.m. and typically ends between 7:30 and 9:00 p.m. The company describes its operation as steady and reliable, with consistent week-to-week hours and support from a full crew and leadership team. Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions are available in St. George, Utah, and surrounding areas of Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. The role is permanent; overtime is available as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be able to pass eligibility requirements.
• Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds, get in and out of a vehicle throughout the shift, and climb stairs.
• Must be able to use GPS and mobile technology.
• Must be reliable and able to communicate needs and feedback.
• Reliability, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and willingness to ask for help are required.
• No education or CDL is required.

Nice To Haves

• Delivery or driving work experience is welcomed but not required.
