MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Morris location at 1735 N Division St. The driver delivers products to customers in Morris and surrounding areas, provides professional customer service, and represents the company at each stop. The role involves working independently while coordinating with dispatch, management, and the wider team to meet delivery commitments and performance goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operations, with valid proof of insurance for the personal vehicle used.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and criminal background check.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent customer-service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic route planning.
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
• Physical ability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery items.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with team members.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes in Morris and surrounding areas.
• Use GPS and route optimization tools to navigate efficiently and maximize delivery productivity.

• Maintain delivery records, including signatures, delivery times, and special instructions or concerns.
• Inspect the vehicle daily for mechanical issues and promptly report maintenance needs.
