About The Position

Stone Creek Coffee is looking to hire a Delivery Driver to transport our delicious bakery and coffee products to our cafes overnight. Delivery Drivers are responsible to represent Stone Creek Coffee in providing the highest quality product, with unmatched attention to the customer, in an optimal timeframe. A PM Delivery Driver thrives in a role where they are working autonomously, are self-motivated, and are skilled at independent problem solving. The PM Driver is excited by the opportunity to work independently and be out driving from cafe to cafe.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• History of reliable performance
• Organized and careful worker
• Can problem-solve and work independently
• Able to take direction and perform tasks as assigned
• Comfortable driving and transporting goods in varying weather conditions for an extended period of time
• Able to transport up to 75 pounds on occasion and up to 50 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

• Communicate with team leaders on a clear and consistent basis for the team to run efficiently, including production process updates, order inconsistencies and issues, mechanical needs, and delivery updates.
• Fill and pack orders correctly, in a cost-effective manner, and handle product with care to ensure no mark-out occurs.
• Execute PM Cafe deliveries in an efficient, timely, and professional manner.
• Ensure vans are in optimal running condition and clean, and report any maintenance needs to the manager.
• Speak up with ideas to enhance efficiency of delivery routes and execution, and implement creative solutions with support from the Production General Manager.
• Note irregularities or adjustments to orders to accurately distribute products as needed through attention to detail.
• Demonstrate care with every delivery.
