About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products within a designated area. Drivers deliver orders by car to customers' doors and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management. Team members receive on-the-job orientation and training. In addition to driving and delivery, team members perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The work involves customer and coworker communication, order entry, and handling payments.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, including by telephone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements and perform work tasks.
Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, and occasional climbing.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers' doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during deliveries.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and communicate with customers and coworkers.
