About The Position

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely and promptly delivering cannabis products to customers within designated delivery areas. The role requires compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and protocols, while maintaining high standards of customer service. When no deliveries are scheduled, the driver assists with store tasks as needed.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum age of 25, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and the ability to meet background-check and cannabis-delivery regulatory requirements. Missouri applicants must have or be willing to obtain a Class E (Chauffeur’s) License. Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required.

The driver must be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, and perform the physical duties of the role, including lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds and spending multiple hours seated in a vehicle. The job may involve working in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and meet state and local regulatory requirements for cannabis delivery.
• Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle and transport cannabis products in compliance with state regulations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• For Missouri applicants: Class E (Chauffeur’s) License, or willingness to acquire one.
• Comfort working in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to spend multiple hours sitting in a vehicle.

• Follow company policies and procedures related to vehicle maintenance, safety, and security.
• Create efficient routes and, if applicable, communicate with dispatch about assignments and updates.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations and practice safe driving.
• Assist with store tasks when no deliveries are scheduled.
