About The Position

The Delivery Driver operates equipment, stocks ingredients from delivery areas into storage and work areas, prepares products, receives and processes telephone orders, takes inventory, completes associated paperwork, and cleans equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role delivers products by car to customers’ doors, distributes flyers and door hangers, and navigates the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.

Requirements

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying product.
