About The Position

Domino's is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers! Our Delivery Drivers are the face of Domino's at the customer's door. You'll safely deliver fresh, quality orders while providing friendly, professional service. Between deliveries, you'll work alongside the store team to help keep operations running smoothly. Delivery Drivers earn a combination of hourly wages, tips, and mileage reimbursement. This split-pay structure allows drivers to earn hourly wages while also benefiting from tips and mileage reimbursement during deliveries.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Safe driving record that meets company standards
• Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure
• Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Carry pizzas, beverages, and customer orders
• Navigate stairs and multi-story buildings
• Bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed
• Work in varying weather and temperature conditions
• Drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours
