About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift, deliver flyers and door hangers, and carry pizzas and beverages while walking or climbing to customer locations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to advance from delivery driver to management or other roles. Team members may also perform general in-store duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; the qualifications section specifies at least one year of continuous driving experience and a good record.
Access to a reliable vehicle that can be used for delivery, with current registration and valid insurance in the applicant’s name.
Ability to read a map, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator if needed.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, reach, bend, crouch, and climb as required. Bulk deliveries may include items weighing up to 50 pounds; delivery work involves carrying pizzas and beverages and may require climbing five or more flights of stairs.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate delivery routes, addresses, private homes, multi-story buildings, and other delivery sites.
Carry pizzas and beverages between the store, vehicle, and customer locations; walk and climb stairs as needed.
Operate store equipment; stock ingredients and supplies; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory; complete paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
