About The Position
Domino’s is hiring dependable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to safely deliver fresh, quality orders and provide friendly, professional service. Drivers work with the store team between deliveries to help keep operations running smoothly. Compensation includes $15.00 per hour while working inside the store, $7.50 per hour while dispatched on deliveries, tips averaging approximately $8–$10 per hour, and daily mileage compensation. Actual tips may vary based on shift, customer volume, location, and other factors. The role offers flexible scheduling, on-the-job training, and opportunities to learn, grow, and advance into management.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Safe driving record that meets company standards.
- Reliable access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to participate in company-required driving safety monitoring programs.
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods, carry orders, navigate stairs and multi-story buildings, bend, reach, crouch, and move throughout the store.
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Able to work in varying weather and temperature conditions and drive safely during daytime and nighttime hours.
Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver customer orders.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety standards.
- Navigate to homes, businesses, apartments, and other delivery locations.
- Handle cash and customer payments accurately.
- Verify orders for accuracy before leaving the store.
- Between deliveries, answer phones and take orders, prepare food and products, stock ingredients and supplies, and clean work areas.
