This position involves operating all equipment, stocking ingredients from the delivery area to storage and work areas, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory and completing associated paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility on an approximate daily basis. The role requires the ability to perform accurate and quick calculations, make correct monetary change, and possess strong verbal, writing, and telephone skills for order processing. Additionally, motor coordination for precise and rapid movements, the ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen for order entry, and clear communication with customers and co-workers are essential.
