IST Management is seeking a Mail Services Associate/Courier to join our Fort Lauderdale team! The Delivery Driver will be responsible for assisting with mail and package services provided on-site in a team environment. Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player, possess a valid driver's license, and are willing to train! Requirements

Prior customer service experience
Team player
Possess a valid driver's license
Willing to train
Authorization to work for any employer in the US
High school diploma or GED required
Pre-employment drug screening required
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent communication skills
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Access to reliable transportation to and from work
Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
Willingness to cross train in services provided

Responsibilities

Operate company van or vehicle for mail/package delivery throughout campus environment, as needed
Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper
Handle time-sensitive material like confidential and/or urgent packages
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high-volume, production environment
Take direction from supervisor or site manager
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
