About The Position

Domino’s is hiring qualified Delivery Drivers to safely deliver products or flyers within a designated delivery area while providing exceptional customer service. Drivers must navigate to delivery locations, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings, and may assist with in-store tasks when deliveries are not busy. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement. Training is paid and includes videos, coaching guides, quizzes, and on-the-job training. Team members may also perform general store duties, including processing orders, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility. The work may involve exposure to varying weather, temperature changes, food-related odors, cornmeal dust, confined spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. The position involves standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, squatting, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have three or fewer moving violations in the last three years.
Must not have had drug- or alcohol-related motor vehicle violations in the last five years.
Must have access to reliable transportation and an insured, registered vehicle in proper working condition for deliveries.
Must be able to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
Must be able to navigate adverse terrain while carrying products.
Must have exceptional customer service skills.
Must be able to perform basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change.
Must have verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
Must be able to operate store equipment and perform the physical duties described, including lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver products or flyers safely, securely, and on time within the designated delivery area.
Navigate to delivery addresses, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
Help with in-store tasks when not busy taking deliveries.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Take and process orders, including telephone orders, and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Operate store equipment, stock ingredients and supplies, prepare products, and clean equipment and the facility.
Complete paid training and participate in coaching and on-the-job learning.
