Delivery Driver (Weekends Only)
About The Position
We are looking for a part-time Delivery Driver at Sona Pharmacy who is thoughtful, gracious, upbeat, positive, and dedicated. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, excels at building relationships, and focuses on more than just technical skills. This role supports the team by ensuring prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of medication to patients. As the face of Sona Pharmacy, the driver is responsible for providing a positive, personal, and consistent patient experience. The hours for this position are 17 hours per week, with shifts on Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday from 11 AM to 7 PM.
Requirements
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be at least 25 years of age to qualify for company car insurance
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Utilize a company-provided mobile device to obtain payment, signatures, and provide receipts
- Complete delivery route to deliver medications to patients and facilities
- Observe speed limits and obey all road signs
- Maintain a clean vehicle at all times
- Maintain HIPAA patient confidentiality
- Communicate any route-specific information to the pharmacy team regularly
