About The Position

Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver orders from the store to customers safely, courteously, and on time while providing excellent customer service. Drivers are the face of the company and help ensure customer interactions reflect its commitment to quality and service. The role also supports store operations by taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, restocking, and assisting team members. Pay is $15.92 per hour inside the store and $6.05 per hour on the road, plus tips and mileage. Training is provided, and advancement opportunities may include Assistant Manager or General Manager roles, based on performance, training, and available positions.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 19.
• At least 2 years of driving history.
• Valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements; must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
• Ability to meet company driver eligibility requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly personality, including comfort talking to strangers.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a positive attitude.
• Ability to read maps and navigate the delivery area effectively.
• Strong team-player skills.
• Commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders promptly and safely while following traffic laws and responsible driving practices.
• Verify orders before leaving the store.
• Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery and greet customers positively.
• Process payments and handle cash accurately.
• Take customer orders.
• Prepare consistent, high-quality products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Assist with store operations, including cleaning, restocking, and supporting team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company grooming standards.
• Follow food safety standards and company procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
