About The Position

RPM Pizza, a large Domino's franchise with over 40 years of experience and 160+ stores across four states, is seeking a Delivery Driver. We pride ourselves on being a family-owned company that supports our team members in achieving their best. This role offers summer vibes, flexible schedules, and competitive tips. As a Delivery Driver, you will provide a fun and engaging customer experience, uphold brand standards, maintain store cleanliness and food safety, prepare products accurately, and deliver excellent customer service. You will also demonstrate effective time management, operate equipment safely, support inventory, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
