About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking reliable and customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of food orders, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with in-store operations when not on deliveries. This position requires adherence to strict driving record and insurance standards, as well as the ability to handle various tasks related to food preparation, order taking, and store maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Have driving records reviewed and meet Domino's standards.
• Provide proof of and maintain auto liability insurance.
• Maintain a driver's license in good standing (not suspended, revoked, or restricted).
• Ability to read area maps.
• Ability to use Domino's specific equipment issued (car toppers, hot bags, jackets).
• Ability to accurately take phone orders, face to face, and computer orders correctly.
• Effective cash handling, cash drops and reconciliation.
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.

Responsibilities

• Complete food orders before leaving the store.
• Know the store's delivery area and be able to read area maps.
• Safely drive to and from locations, delivering undamaged product.
• Greet customers in the restaurant or at their homes, projecting a positive image.
• Take pizza orders accurately via phone, face-to-face, and computer.
• Handle cash transactions, including cash drops and reconciliation, and make correct change.
• Use and maintain company-issued equipment such as car toppers, hot bags, and jackets.
• Assist with keeping the store clean and stocked.
• Perform duties similar to other entry-level employees.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
• Lift and stack cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Carry large cans (3 pounds, 7 ounces) to storage shelves.
• Carry trays of pizza dough (approximately 12 pounds per tray) and move them on dollies.
