About The Position

The Delivery Driver works for Domino’s, delivering customer orders and helping with in-store operations. The role offers flexibility in hours and may suit someone seeking part-time work, full-time employment, or a second job. Drivers must safely deliver orders within the designated area while meeting company standards for customer service, product quality, and appearance. The work includes standing for extended periods, moving between the store, vehicle, and customer locations, and performing a range of physical tasks.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Must be able to drive in adverse weather conditions, including rain, sleet, snow, high winds, and hail.
• Must have a positive and helpful attitude.
• Must conform to Domino’s Pizza image and uniform standards.
• Must be able to work alone and with others.
• Must be willing to meet high quality-control standards in fast-paced circumstances.
• Must be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Must be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard and touch screen.
• Must have strong hand-eye coordination and be able to follow instructions and complete tasks within specified periods.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, walk briskly or run when safe, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds and rarely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to infrequently climb ladders and may need to navigate five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
• Must be able to crouch, bend, and reach frequently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders in-store and by phone.
• Prepare products.
• Stock ingredients in storage areas, the production area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Distribute marketing materials.
• Communicate positively with customers and fellow team members.
• Complete additional tasks as requested by the management team.
• Deliver products safely, including navigating delivery areas and customer locations.
