About The Position

RPM Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise operating more than 160 stores across four states, is hiring a Delivery Driver. Drivers provide friendly customer experiences, uphold RPM and Domino’s standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, prepare products, and deliver orders in the designated area. The role also supports store operations, including equipment use, inventory organization, and restocking. A $500 sign-on bonus is available after completing designated delivery milestones; eligibility requirements apply. The position offers variable hourly pay, flexible scheduling, team member discounts, training, and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or ability to drive a company-owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.
