About The Position
Domino’s Delivery Drivers deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area and may make several deliveries per shift. Drivers also work in the store, where they receive training and help prepare pizzas and perform other team tasks. The position involves customer service and order processing, operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. They must be able to navigate to addresses and handle adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings. Work includes driving and in-store duties in conditions that may involve varying weather, temperature changes, hot surfaces and tools, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Physical activities include standing, walking short distances, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, continuous reaching, and frequent hand use.
Requirements

- Ability to read maps, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
- Ability to make correct monetary change.
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
- Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- Ability to lift deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas within a designated delivery area.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
- Prepare products.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
- Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
- Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
- Help in-store team members with tasks such as making pizza.
