About The Position

Domino's is hiring delivery drivers to staff its stores. The role delivers products by car to customers' doors and may include delivering flyers and door hangers. Drivers also perform general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The company describes opportunities for advancement from delivery driver to management and, potentially, franchise ownership or corporate operations.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.
• Be able to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone.
• Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and take and process orders using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
• Have motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately, and be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to perform repetitive tasks, work alone or with others and under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Have the vision and sensory abilities described for the role, including near-, mid-, far- and night vision, depth perception, and the ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers' doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Navigate to addresses within the designated delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi-story buildings.
