About The Position

Parks Auto Parts is seeking a Full-Time Delivery Driver to join their team. The driver will be responsible for the timely, safe, and accurate delivery of automotive parts to customer locations using a company vehicle. This role requires adherence to safety protocols both on the road and in the warehouse, the ability to handle hazardous materials, and maintain the company vehicle.

Requirements

• Valid South Carolina driving license
• Good verbal skills
• Strong people skills
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and up.
• Copy of a current 3-year driving record with no more than two minor traffic violations within the last three years for applicants.

Nice To Haves

• CDL NOT REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Driving courteously and safely using defensive driving skills
• Professional communication with customers at their site
• Keeping the vehicle clean and in good working order
• Ability to write up customers returns accurately.
• Demonstrate the ability to be “safe” on the road and when in the warehouse.
• Ability to drive in various road conditions safely.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Any other tasks requested by management.
