About The Position
Our delivery team is the backbone of what makes Sherman’s different, fulfilling our next day delivery promise to our customers. Reliability matters here — to your teammates and to our customers. Safe. Thorough. Damage-free. You protect the product, the home, and our equipment. Customers remember the delivery. You engage them, answer questions, and leave them impressed. You’ll have your route and your responsibility. But you’ll also have a crew that holds each other accountable, gives real feedback, and pushes each other to get better. The culture is high energy, high standards, and lots of pride, but no egos. We win as a team. We fix mistakes as a team. If someone needs help on a stop, you show up. No “that’s not my job.”
