Requirements
- Customer focused and dependable
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Comfortable using computers and technology
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
- A high school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of truck/auto components
- Excellent communication skills and must speak English
- High school business math
- Knowledge of and ability to work on a computer
- General mechanical aptitude
Nice To Haves
- Basic mechanical or automotive knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver parts safely, accurately, and professionally
- Support customers with returns, cores, and service communication
- Assist inside parts team with pulling and staging orders
- Share customer needs and opportunities with sales and service teams
- Participate in product and skills training
