About The Position

The main responsibility of a Domino's Pizza Delivery Driver is to deliver orders to designated locations on time. Punctuality and honesty are essential. Delivery Drivers are expected to know how to read a basic road map and deliver orders correctly, on time, and in a courteous manner. They must ensure delivery vehicles are well-maintained before and after their shift. Delivery Drivers also assist in food preparation, taking customer orders, cleaning duties, and rotating food shipments, which may involve lifting up to 50 pounds. They need to be knowledgeable about product details, services, charges, and other relevant customer information.

Requirements

  • Attention to detail.
  • Sense of urgency in all aspects of the job.
  • Customer focused with strong initiative.
  • Cash management skills.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • A driver's license valid under the laws of the state where the team member works, and have been licensed for two or more years.
  • An acceptable motor vehicle report/driving abstract, which includes no more than two moving violations and one accident in the last year.
  • No DUI or speeding ticket over 24 mph.
  • Must be insured and have a satisfactory vehicle.
  • Able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
  • Willing to learn and be comfortable being cross-trained and perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
  • Ability to work the listed duties with reasonable accommodation if needed.
