About The Position

White Cap is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites. The role follows DOT regulations related to vehicle maintenance and requires a strong focus on safe operation. The driver ensures manifests and other paperwork are accurate and may help warehouse staff pull and prepare orders for shipment. The position generally requires 2–5 years of experience and possession of, or ability to obtain, a DOT medical card. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Generally has 2–5 years of experience.
• Possesses or can obtain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol screening.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Safety conscious.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to work Monday through Friday starting at 6 AM.
• Valid license endorsement(s) for the class of vehicle being operated.
• Clean driving record.
• Knowledge of warehouse procedures, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• 26-foot box truck or flatbed experience.
• DOT medical card.
