About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking delivery drivers to staff local stores. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including into management and franchise ownership. Drivers deliver orders within a designated area and also perform general store-team duties such as preparing products, processing orders, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and facilities. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must be able to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and occasional stair or ladder use.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and locate addresses using navigational skills.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Perform outside tasks, including removing trash.
