The Delivery Expert position pays $17.13 per hour, plus mileage and tips, with cash tips received daily. Qualifying full-time employees will be offered employer-sponsored medical benefits. Essential skills include accurate mathematical calculations, making correct monetary change, strong verbal and written communication, excellent eye-hand coordination for precise movements, and the ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. The work environment involves exposure to varying weather conditions, in-store temperature fluctuations, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensory requirements include talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and the ability to differentiate hot and cold surfaces. Hand tasks require eye-hand coordination and may involve forceful use of forearms and wrists for tasks like shaping dough, using a pizza peel, and assembling boxes. Tools and equipment may include pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutters, and pizza peels. For drivers, duties also include delivering product by car to the customer's door, delivering flyers, and requiring a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. Essential driving skills include navigational abilities to read maps, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings and various delivery sites while carrying product. Physical demands for drivers include carrying pizzas, sides, and beverages during deliveries, driving within a designated area, and walking between the store, vehicle, and customer locations. Climbing may involve navigating five or more flights of stairs. Work conditions for drivers include exposure to varying weather conditions during deliveries.
