About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Delivery Experts to their team. Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses, or use a company-provided vehicle (must be at least 21, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history). Safe driving is a must. Drivers have access to cutting-edge technology for faster and safer deliveries, which leads to more money. Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule, with both part-time and full-time shifts available.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills.
• Must be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Must possess the ability to follow directives.
• Must be able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to work alone and well with others.
• Must be able to work well under stress.
• Must be able to meet strict quality control standards.
• Must be able to make good judgments and decisions.
• Must have a clean driving record (to use company car).
• Minimum 2 years of driving history (to use company car).

• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Complete deliveries of Domino's products.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during deliveries.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs may be required during delivery.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Follow directives.
• Distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Stock ingredients.
• Answer phones.
• Shape pizza dough.
• Manipulate a pizza peel.
• Use a rolling cutter.
• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Communicate on the telephone.
