The company is seeking friendly and reliable individuals to join their team as Domino’s Pizza Delivery Drivers. This role offers competitive split pay, with drivers earning $8.00/hour while in-store and $5.00/hour while on the road, in addition to tips and mileage reimbursement. Drivers can expect to average $15.00 - $20.00 per hour total, with an annual earning potential of $30,000 - $40,000. Tips are taken home nightly, averaging $3.00 per delivery. Key responsibilities include delivering hot, fresh pizza, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various in-store tasks.

Requirements

Ability to pass a standard Background Check.
A valid U.S. Driver's License for a minimum of one year (not including permit).
A clean driving record (no more than 3 violations in 2 years).
Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Excellent sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
The Hustle and Energy required for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional, friendly customer service with a positive attitude and a smile.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not on the road.
