About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver at its South New Hope Road location in Gastonia, North Carolina. The driver delivers hot, fresh pizza and provides a positive customer experience in the local area, while also assisting with in-store tasks when not on the road. Drivers earn $8.00 per hour while in the store and $5.00 per hour while on the road, plus tips and mileage reimbursement. Requirements

Have a valid U.S. driver’s license for at least one year, excluding time with a learner’s permit.
Have a clean driving record, with no more than three violations in two years.
Have a reliable personal vehicle with current insurance.
Have a good sense of direction and knowledge of the local area.
Have the energy to work in a fast-paced environment and be a reliable team player.
Be able to pass a standard background check.

Responsibilities

Safely and quickly deliver orders to customers in the local area.
Answer phones and accurately take customer orders.
Process payments and handle transactions accurately.
Provide friendly customer service with a positive attitude.
Help maintain store cleanliness, including washing dishes, sweeping, and mopping.
Assist the in-store team when not on the road.
