About The Position

Domino’s is growing and we are looking to add Delivery Experts to our team! IMMEDIATE HIRE! Short or Long shifts - YOUR CHOICE! Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement- see below for details). Flexible Scheduling! Part time and Full-time hours available – Work the shifts that work for you! ABOUT THE JOB: Drivers typically average over $20/hr (Wage + Tips + Mileage reimbursement). Mileage reimbursement and tips paid daily, hourly wages paid out every other Friday. Delivery experts have the option to use their own car and receive an adjustable mileage reimbursement to cover fuel costs and extra for other auto expenses - OR – use one of our company provided vehicles to complete deliveries (must be at least 21, clean driving record, minimum 2 years of driving history. and clean driving record to use the company car). Safe driving record is a must! Our drivers have access to cutting edge technology that makes the SAFE Delivery of Domino’s products faster than our competition. More efficient deliveries = more money! Delivery Experts can choose their own schedule. Whether you want to work Part time or Full time, we have shifts available to fit your needs!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (subject to review of Motor Vehicle Report).
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid insurance.
• Must possess good navigational skills and be able to read/follow maps and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have a clean driving record, and a minimum of 2 years of driving history to use a company car.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to use own car for deliveries and receive mileage reimbursement.
• Option to use company provided vehicles for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other products.
• Navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
• Follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
• Walk/Carry/Climb between the store and delivery vehicle and from the delivery vehicle to the customer's location.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during delivery.
• Navigate 5+ flights of stairs during delivery.
• Use safe driving practices to deliver products within a designated delivery area.
• Make several deliveries per shift.
• Stoop/Bend at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
• Crouch and bend occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks.
• Perform tasks requiring eye-hand coordination.
• Shape pizza dough requiring frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
• Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching when assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
• Talk and hear on the telephone.
• Use near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Use far and night vision for driving.
