About The Position

DES Employment Group is seeking a Temp Route Delivery Driver for a wholesale floral client in Milan, IL. This full-time or part-time position offers opportunities for flexible scheduling with shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours. The driver will be responsible for safely navigating regional routes to deliver wholesale flowers and floral supplies, loading and unloading cargo vans, and managing route timing independently. No CDL is required, and a company van is provided.

Requirements

• Proven commercial or route delivery driving experience (food service delivery does not count).
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history (No CDL required).
• Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check and a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely navigate regional routes to deliver wholesale flowers and floral supplies to retail stores and local warehouses.
• Load, unload, and organize cargo vans efficiently, ensuring fragile products are protected.
• Regularly carry inventory shipments up and down stairs as required by specific delivery locations.
• Manage your route timing independently while maintaining strict punctuality.
