About The Position

RPM Pizza, a large, family-owned Domino's franchise with over 160 stores across four states, is seeking Delivery Drivers to join their team. This role offers a fun, friendly, and engaging customer experience while upholding brand standards, preparing products, and ensuring store cleanliness and safety. The position involves delivering excellent customer service, managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older with at least 2 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance or ability to drive company owned vehicle.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to use and maintain a company-provided, forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return all company-issued equipment upon separation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Support inventory organization and restocking activities.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive Team environment.
• Ability to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
