About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers products by car and to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area, and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The position requires navigating to customer addresses, including private homes, multi-story buildings, and other delivery sites, sometimes while carrying pizzas and beverages and climbing stairs. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift. The role is part of a store team whose duties include operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Domino’s describes flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Have navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
Be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, while carrying products.
Be able to comprehend and provide correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Be able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Meet the physical demands described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, occasional climbing, and frequent reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities
