About The Position

The Delivery Driver delivers pizzas and beverages within a designated delivery area, traveling between the store, a delivery vehicle, and customers’ locations. The role involves navigating to addresses and delivery sites, including private homes and multi-story buildings, and may require walking and climbing stairs. A team member may make up to 20 deliveries per shift. Drivers work in a fast-paced team environment and communicate with customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets Brand standards.
• Have a reliable vehicle with insurance listing the applicant as an authorized driver.
• Be available to work most evenings and weekends.
• Be able to work a consistent schedule with no or very few last-minute changes or call-offs.
• Have recent, verifiable employment within the most recent 12-month period.
• Have good interpersonal, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Have effective verbal and written communication skills; be motivated and organized.
• Demonstrate integrity and ethical behavior and be able to take direction from higher-level individuals.
• Be able to lift products weighing approximately 10–50 pounds.
• Be able to speak and hear clearly in person and on the telephone.
• Be able to operate a computer, desktop, tablet, or similar device.
• Have navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Be able to navigate varied terrain and perform carrying, driving, walking, and climbing duties.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Fluency in Spanish in addition to English.
• Previous delivery, retail, or quick-service restaurant experience.
