Delivery Driver (05820) - 3131 Bell Road
About The Position
Deliver customer orders safely from the store to their door with a friendly attitude. When not making deliveries, help prepare food, prep ingredients, clean, and answer phones. This is a tipped role with a guaranteed base pay of $8.00 per hour, plus customer tips, mileage, and device reimbursement; drivers average $15–$20 per hour. The position offers flexible scheduling, with days, nights, weekends, part-time, and full-time shifts available. Drivers may have opportunities to advance to management, franchise ownership, or corporate roles. Employees must wear a company-approved hat and shirt (tucked in at all times), along with non-faded black pants or shorts.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver’s license held for more than one year.
- Have a clean driving record; background and motor vehicle record checks are required.
- Have access to a clean, reliable, insured vehicle for deliveries and be listed on its insurance policy.
- Be able to read maps, use GPS, and navigate the delivery area, including multi-story buildings.
- Be friendly, upbeat, and prepared to work in bad weather.
